It's finding the right balance between favouring props and favouring blu. There's obvious ones like the minigun which is just stupid, and then there's shot guns, which maybe do too much power compared to the health they take off of pyros? I mean, you set a prop on fire then it's only like 2 shots and they're dead. I don't think they should be removed or anything, just maybe do more damage to ol' blu? I dunno, I'm sorta hanging one out there to debate upon. :S
blu scout is impossible because the speed is the only thing that's keeping a (found) prop alive because he can escape now
when there's blu scouts running around, there's no chance of escaping .. ever..
blu scouts also have a horrible disadvantage. blu scouts lack much health and weaker rapid fire weapons. they are only capable of using the scattergun and pistol and bat. if melee deals 10 damage to the scout, the scout would be dead in 13 hits. blue scouts would lack the advantages of other classes, but would be able to chase props down instead.
